SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped via UPS, FED EX, or similar services unless specified otherwise by customer. Shipping quotes are estimates only and may vary from actual shipping cost. All orders of general stock item will be shipped within 2 business days. We will notify you within 2 business days if the item is out of stock. For all PO Box address we will ship with USPS. We cannot guarantee an estimate delivery timeframe while shipping with USPS. Once shipment leaves our facility, the package is out of Earth Linens’ control and we will not be liable for any lost/in transit packages.

FREE SHIPPING

All orders over $99 within the contiguous United States (48 U.S. states located on the North American continent south of the U.S. border with Canada, plus the District of Columbia. The term excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico) will be shipped at no cost to the customer. The standard shipping method with the lowest cost will be used.

FOR ALL CANADA CUSTOMERS

All orders will be shipped with USPS unless specified otherwise by customer. We cannot guarantee an estimate delivery timeframe while shipping with USPS. Once shipment leaves our facility, the package is out of our control and we will not be liable for any lost/in transit packages. We are not responsible for any duty taxes imposed on the package.

• If shipping to New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Labrador, and Nova Scotia, HST (Harmonized sales tax) is 13%. For items CAN$20 or below, there is no HST or duty
• Typical GST (Goods and services tax) is 5% of items being shipped
• If shipping to British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan, applicable rate of sales tax for the province in which the goods are delivered
