- What is the "Shop with Confidence" Guarantee?
- If you find a better price on the same item you ordered from EarthLinens.com within 30 days published on another website or advertised in a brick and mortar store, we will gladly match our competitors price by offering a refund of the price difference in the form of the original payment method.
Simply send an email with the url of our competitors published product price, or the contact information of the store if it's a brick and mortar store, to email@example.com and we will verify our competitors pricing. After the price has been verified, a refund of the difference will be made and a credit applied to the original payment method of the transaction.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The competitors site can not be an auction site and the business must be an authorized retailer of the product.
2. The competitor must have the item style, size, and color in stock and ready to ship.
3. Claims must be made by email within 30 days of the original purchase date and must include the original order number in the claim email.
4. Shipping and tax (if any) will be included in the price of the competitors item that we price match against.
- Do you take credit cards
- Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept Paypal and Google Checkout payments and both of those payment processors accept all kinds of other payment methods including American Express and eCheck.
- How can I find out about new products?
- Just e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you’d like to be on our New Products E-mail Alert List. Then whenever we have new products, you’ll be the first to know!
- How long will it take to get my order?
- We ship most in-stock orders within 48 hours, through UPS or USPS which usually takes 5 business days or less in the continental United States. If you need your order more quickly, please let us know.
- Can I track my order?
- Yes. You can track your order by logging into your account here. We will also send you an email that includes your shipment tracking information when the item ships. You can alternately email us at email@example.com and we will gladly respond with your order tracking information by email.
